Role Description The Campaign Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns across multiple markets. This role focuses on day-to-day campaign execution, including email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, performance tracking, and the application of AI-powered tools. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position translates marketing strategy into launched, measured, and continuously improved campaigns. Responsibilities - Campaign Execution: - Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, and paid channel support. - Support campaigns targeting global markets and audiences. - Build, QA, launch, and maintain campaign assets using marketing automation and CRM tools, and AI-assisted workflows. - Manage campaign timelines and calendars to ensure on-time delivery. - Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign setup, content generation, and workflow efficiency. - Email Marketing: - Build and deploy email campaigns for lead generation, nurture, and engagement. - Apply segmentation by audience type, funnel stage, region, and program. - Monitor and report performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. - Execute A/B testing and apply optimizations to improve performance. - Maintain accurate campaign setup and data hygiene in CRM and marketing systems. - Paid & Channel Support: - Support paid campaign execution through asset coordination, QA, and tracking. - Ensure accurate campaign tracking, UTMs, and CRM attribution. - Partner with senior team members on performance insights and optimization recommendations. - Collaboration: - Work cross-functionally with sales, content, design, and web teams. - Communicate campaign status, risks, and results clearly and proactively. - Support consistent execution across programs and regions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing. - Hands-on experience with: - Email marketing and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Braze, etc.) - CRM systems and campaign tracking (Salesforce) - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Data-driven mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools or demonstrated ability to learn and apply AI in campaign execution. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting global or regional marketing programs in K12 education, assessment, credentialing, or B2B SaaS environments, with an understanding of complex buying cycles. - Familiarity with paid media support and attribution models. - Experience working closely with sales or SDR teams. - Experience using AI tools for content generation, campaign optimization, or marketing analytics.
