Role Description Join us at the intersection of business, strategy, and opportunity. We are seeking a proactive Product Data Analyst to lead analytics for our Trading Solutions area. You’ll drive data-informed decisions, identify growth opportunities, and build dashboards and experimentation frameworks. The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Python skills and a passion for turning data into impact. - Owning and leading analytics for the Trading Solutions product area. - Continuously identifying new business growth opportunities and generating hypotheses to improve key metrics. - Analyzing product changes and evaluating product initiatives. - Helping the team approach problems structurally and make data-driven decisions. - Building a dashboard system and alerting framework to monitor deviations in key metrics. - Creating analytical tools and setting up analytical processes such as A/B testing, data logging, and more. - Developing a culture of experimentation and hypothesis validation across the company. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a data/product analyst. - Excellent knowledge of SQL. - Proficiency in Python, including areas beyond the standard analytics stack. - Experience with one of the major BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Superset. - Hands-on experience with experiments and A/B testing is a plus. - Strong understanding of statistics. - A passion for systematization, organization, and maintaining order. - Familiarity with ETL principles is a plus. - Experience with GitLab and Airflow is an advantage. - Experience in tech companies (VK, Yandex, Avito, etc.) is a plus.
