• Diagnóstico, seguimiento y resolución de incidencias y peticiones de sistemas. • Administración y mantenimiento de infraestructuras IT. • Monitorización de sistemas y servicios. • Ejecución de tareas de mantenimiento preventivo (parcheo, actualizaciones, planes de mantenimiento). • Mantenimiento proactivo: optimización, dimensionamiento y anticipación de problemas. • Mantenimiento evolutivo: migraciones, actualizaciones y cambios de versión. • Gestión de backups y control de medios físicos. • Elaboración de documentación técnica, informes y notificaciones. • Uso de herramientas de ticketing para la gestión de incidencias. • Coordinación con otros equipos técnicos y soporte a usuarios.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia en administración de sistemas en entornos on-premise.
- Conocimientos en sistemas operativos Windows y Linux/Unix.
- Muy valorable experiencia sólida en Linux.
- Experiencia en administración de bases de datos Oracle.
- Administración de Active Directory, DNS, DHCP y GPO.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de backup (Veeam).
- Conocimientos en Microsoft 365.
- Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización.

Role Description The ERP Administrator for Construction will oversee the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of the company's ERP system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the construction industry and a deep understanding of core business processes, including project tracking, job costing, and resource allocation. This role is crucial for ensuring the ERP system aligns with business needs, maintaining data integrity, and driving operational efficiency across all construction projects.
