Generalista Junior – HR
SELECTION BOOK
• Administración de Headcount y Operaciones de RRHH • Administrar y mantener actualizado el headcount en coordinación con líderes de área: altas, bajas, movimientos internos y cambios contractuales. • Operar y gestionar la información en BambooHR: altas y bajas de empleados, perfiles, documentación, reportes y workflows configurados en la plataforma. • Apoyar en la elaboración y envío de contratos, anexos y documentación legal del personal; asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos y archivos electrónicos. • Generar y mantener reportes periódicos de headcount, turnover, ausentismo y otros indicadores operativos solicitados por el área y dirección. • Coordinar procesos administrativos relacionados con la incorporación (onboarding) y salida (offboarding) de colaboradores, incluyendo checklist, accesos y entregas de equipo. • Atender consultas administrativas de colaboradores y líderes sobre políticas internas, prestaciones y procesos operativos de RRHH. • Apoyar en la mejora continua de procesos y en la implementación de buenas prácticas en la gestión de personas y uso de BambooHR. • Colaborar con el equipo en tareas administrativas varias: requisiciones, control de documentación y apoyo en proyectos de transformación del área.
Job Requirements
- Preparatoria completa; preferente licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología, Relaciones Laborales o afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 a 3 años en roles administrativos de RRHH o gestión de personal (generalista junior, administración de personal o apoyo operativo).
- Experiencia comprobable en BambooHR o plataformas similares de gestión de RRHH (manejo de módulos de empleados, reportes y workflows).
- Conocimientos básicos de legislación laboral aplicable y manejo de contratos y documentación laboral.
- Habilidades sólidas en Excel y Google Sheets; capacidad para generar reportes y manejar bases de datos con precisión.
- Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal, con enfoque de servicio interno y trato profesional hacia todas las personas.
- Capacidad para priorizar tareas, trabajar de forma autónoma en esquema remoto y colaborar en equipo de manera proactiva.
