Marketing Coordinator – Organic, Content

• Execute organic marketing efforts • Support planning and execution of organic social content (Facebook + Instagram) • Monitor engagement and help ensure timely, thoughtful responses • Identify opportunities to participate in relevant online conversations • Improve and publish content • Enhance blog content in WordPress (Elementor) • Add visuals, improve formatting, and strengthen internal linking • Support content organization and overall site experience • Coordinate and track marketing activity • Help keep marketing efforts organized and on schedule • Track key activities and flag where follow-up or attention is needed • Prepare simple updates to help the team prioritize • Support Head of Marketing as needed • Take ownership of tasks that don’t have a clear owner • Adapt quickly as priorities shift in a fast-moving environment

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Clear, effective written communication
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Experience with organic social media for a business (Facebook + Instagram)
  • Familiarity with WordPress (Elementor preferred)
  • Experience creating visuals in Canva
  • Comfort working in spreadsheets or simple tracking systems
  • Experience using Asana (or comparable task management software) to track tasks, update progress, and manage deadlines
  • Experience using AI to expedite work, conduct analysis, and more
