Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated implementation consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS product implementations, with a strong domain focus on HRIS or related functions. - Planning and scoping: Work with the customer to identify the scope of the implementation, including timelines, budget, and resource requirements. This involves creating a project plan and ensuring that the project stays on track. - Implementation: Responsible for collaborating with client-side SMEs to understand, configure, and customize their business requirements. This includes setting up user accounts, defining workflows, integrating with other systems, and testing the product. Also, setting up relevant data to showcase the end-to-end business process and collecting and processing feedback from clients to make necessary system changes. - Training: Provide training to end-users and administrators on how to use the SaaS product. - Support: Provide ongoing support to the customer, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions. - Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the implementation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications. - Product management: Collaborate with the product team to identify areas for product improvement and provide input on product development based on client feedback. Qualifications - Having a full-time degree from a recognized institute. - Experience working on SAP SuccessFactors modules like EC, recruitment, onboarding, learning, document management, and generation tools are highly desirable. - 4+ years of experience in one or more areas listed below: - Any implementation projects i.e., requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, providing administration training, performing data migration, managing User Acceptance Test (UAT). - Dynamic individual with strong communication and presentation skills. - Possess solid problem-solving and consultative skills to engage and build relationships with large organization stakeholders. - Successfully navigate through challenges to complete the deliverables with quality and manage multiple implementation projects concurrently. - Ability to collaborate with a large team and work for the common goal.
