Role Description We are hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience selling AI SaaS solutions. This is a fully remote sales role ideal for candidates who thrive in outbound prospecting, understand complex tech products, and can confidently engage decision-makers in AI-driven conversations. Pipeline & CRM Management - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all prospect interactions in Salesforce. - Manage assigned lead pipelines to ensure proper follow-up, progression, or disqualification. - Provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion trends, and activity metrics to sales leadership. Collaboration, Learning & Growth - Partner closely with Marketing to support lead-nurturing efforts and provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness. - Share market insights, customer feedback, objections, and emerging needs with sales and leadership teams. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of outreach messaging, scripts, and qualification strategies. Process Improvement - Use data, feedback, and performance insights to refine outreach efforts and improve conversion rates. - Leverage approved sales tools and technologies to drive efficiency, consistency, and results. - Actively build product and industry knowledge across assigned offerings and supported product lines. Qualifications Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. - Preferred fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related areas.
