AWS Cloud Engineer

• You are responsible for the daily operation and continuous improvement of our clients' AWS environments. • You act as a Trusted Advisor and proactively advise clients on performance, stability and cloud security. • You implement changes, independently coordinate smaller projects and lead them to a successful outcome. • Automation is your standard: you use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) confidently in your daily work. • You maintain a critical view of existing infrastructures and identify where solutions can be improved. • You participate in the on-call rotation, for which we offer attractive additional compensation and time-off in lieu.
Job Requirements
- You have solid professional experience in the cloud space with a focus on AWS.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) is not new to you but a regular part of your toolkit.
- You have a consulting mindset and communicate confidently with customers, even on complex topics.
- You are a proactive team player who enjoys taking responsibility and sharing knowledge with the team.
- You already have experience with tools such as Datadog, Jira, AWS Security Hub or Wiz.
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of Kubernetes.
- You are proficient in German and English to handle both customer communication and internal collaboration.
