In this role, you will provide client-centered, recovery-oriented services that address the underlying factors contributing to substance use while helping clients build sustainable paths toward wellness. Services are delivered in a variety of settings, including client homes, office locations, and community-based environments. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide individual and group counseling, and collaborate with families, courts, and community partners to support positive outcomes. This role may include attending court hearings, assisting with client transportation as needed, and working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
