• Design, build, and operate security automations that scale core security and identity processes across the organization. • Implement end-to-end automated onboarding and offboarding workflows. • Automate the vulnerability management lifecycle. • Build and maintain IAM and access management automations for provisioning and role-based access. • Automate administrative security controls across cloud, SaaS, and identity platforms. • Develop and operate SOAR and incident response automations for common security events and alerts.

• Responsible for the technical design of deployment, setup, and automation logic • Develop the internal platform for customer onboarding and lifecycle management • Design and own the architecture of Power BI workspace and deployment structures • Automate deployment and release processes using Power Automate and the Power BI REST API • Implement logging, status-tracking, and monitoring mechanisms based on SQL • Analyze dependencies between reports, datasets, and dataflows to enable idempotent deployments • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to translate requirements into technical architectures

• Development and ownership of the architecture for Power BI workspace and deployment structures. • Design and automation of deployment and release processes using Power Automate and the Power BI REST API. • Modeling structured data models and developing relational schemas. • Implementing SQL-based logging and monitoring mechanisms as well as structured error analysis. • Responsible for securely orchestrating multi-workspace architectures and managing associated risks.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using the Rewst platform. • Build automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Jinja templating. • Develop and maintain reusable automation modules and scripts. • Work with JSON data manipulation and structured data processing. • Create automation to integrate across multiple systems using REST APIs. • Integrate automation workflows with platforms such as: Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Graph, MSP tools (ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.) • Work with OpenAPI and Swagger documentation to build integrations. • Develop API-based automation solutions that support IT operations. • Automate workflows commonly used by MSPs including - User provisioning and deprovisioning, Ticket management automation, Device management, Monitoring and alert remediation, Reporting and operational processes. • Integrate automation with PSA, RMM, and security platforms. • Use Git for version control and collaboration. • Follow structured development cycles, testing processes, and release management. • Maintain documentation for scripts, workflows, and integrations. • Work closely with the lead automation engineer, learning and assisting with automation projects. • Participate in design discussions and architecture reviews. • Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and service desk teams to identify automation opportunities. • Identify repetitive manual tasks that can be automated. • Improve existing workflows for efficiency, reliability, and scalability. • Stay up to date with automation tools, APIs, and MSP technology platforms.
