About the role The Director of Analytics Product owns the strategy, development, and delivery of analytics products that demonstrate measurable value to clients. This role translates complex healthcare data into actionable insights, scalable reporting, and data products that clearly articulate ROI, cost savings, and outcomes. Sitting at the intersection of product management, healthcare economics, and advanced analytics, this leader ensures analytics products enable clients to see the impact of our services through scalable, accurate, and compelling insights. The ideal candidate brings a true product mindset, paired with deep healthcare domain expertise, high data fluency, and a proven ability to connect analytics to meaningful financial and operational impact for both clients and the business. Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus or may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America. What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities) Analytics Product Strategy & Execution - Own and deliver the Analytics Product roadmap, including dashboards, reporting platforms, and scalable data products. - Translate client, market, and business needs into productized analytics solutions (not ad hoc reporting). - Define product requirements across KPIs, data models, and user experience. - Balance near-term delivery with long-term product scalability and platform strategy. - Ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely delivery of analytics capabilities. Value Demonstration & Healthcare ROI - Design products that clearly articulate ROI, outcomes, and cost savings. Translate into actionable insights and decision-support tools. - Partner with commercial and client teams to align on value narratives. - Ensure analytics directly support client retention and growth. - Lead development of analytics supporting: - Population health management - Care gap identification and closure - Provider performance and benchmarking - Incorporate key healthcare economic concepts, including: - Risk adjustment (e.g., HCC) - Care gap identification and closure - Provider performance and benchmarking - PMPM cost analysis Data, Platform & Cross-Functional Alignment - Partner closely with Data Engineering (data models, pipelines, platforms). - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, scalability, and governance. - Drive adoption of standardized metrics, definitions, and data layers. - Collaborate with data science and engineering to operationalize advanced analytics. - Align analytics products with enterprise data strategy. Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence - Lead and develop a team of Analytics Product Owners. - Drive backlog discipline, prioritization, and execution rigor. - Instill a product mindset focused on user value, adoption, and outcomes. - Ensure alignment between team output and strategic priorities. Performance, Adoption & Insights Enablement - Define and track KPIs tied to: - Client outcomes (financial and clinical) - Product adoption and engagement - Time-to-insight and decision-making effectiveness - Enable self-service analytics while maintaining governance and data integrity. - Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling business narratives. - Drive continuous improvement of insights and user experience. - All other duties as assigned. What you’ll bring (Qualifications) - Experience: 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on data and analytics products. - Proven ability to build and scale analytics products (not just reporting) that drive measurable business outcomes. - Deep experience in healthcare analytics, including payer, provider, or healthcare technology environments. - Strong understanding of: - Value-Based Care (VBC) models - Healthcare economics and cost drivers - Claims, clinical, and provider data - Experience designing and delivering client-facing analytics products that demonstrate ROI. - Strong data fluency, including: - KPI design and metric standardization - Data modeling concepts and analytics workflows - BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with data engineering, data science, finance, and business stakeholders. - A high degree of personal accountability and trustworthiness, a commitment to working within Quantum Health’s policies, values and ethics, and protecting the sensitive data entrusted to us.
