Job Summary Support and quote all projects for customers. Support the Critical Infrastructure Group by providing technical information and product knowledge. Provide a high level of customer service while ensuring quotes are distributed to customers in a timely fashion. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities - Manage and source pricing for items across Core & Main’s scope of work on contractor projects, meeting internal and external deadlines to generate quotations that comply with specifications and/or customer requirements. - Prepares formal quotations and submittals under the direction of estimators and sales team - Revise quotes and update pricing per addendums - Manages incoming RFQs, working with the sales team and the customer to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction - Assists our estimating team with maintaining the bid calendar and ensuring quotes are delivered in a timely fashion - Acts as focal point for questions concerning specifics of quotes and proposals - Prepares monthly reports tracking quotation activity. - Identifies opportunities for improving the quotation process and reports them to management. - Establish and strengthen relationships with customers and the manufacturing community Preferred Qualifications - Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. - Generally, 2+ years of experience in the waterworks industry - Experience preparing and pricing quotes for contractors, preferably on large heavy/civil and/or treatment plant projects - Experience reviewing construction plans and specifications as needed during the process of preparing customer quotations Environmental Job Requirements - Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. - Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. - Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Title: PBM Specialist Location: Princeton, NJ Job Description: Pharmacy Benefit Administration/Management(PBA/PBM) Subject Matter Expert Remote work with some travel - 10% US Citizens or Permanent Residents JOB OVERVIEW The PBA/PBM (SME) is responsible for supporting numerous aspects of the design, development and implementation (DDI) followed by maintenance and operations (M&O) of a new PBAmodule as part of Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Modernization Program. This role provides support for all aspects of the PBA effort with the emphasis on ensuring all business requirements are met, all business processes are established and the new PBAmodule is successfully integrated with all components of State.
