Role Description As a Sr. Product Manager, Notifications for Intelligent Solutions Group Urbandale, you will: - Guide John Deere’s strategy for developing and delivering impactful notifications to users of John Deere equipment and technology. - Be responsible for Notifications in John Deere Operations Center, enabling hundreds of thousands of mission-critical messages to customers each year. - Develop, enhance, and deliver value-focused operational updates to customers. - Build the next generation of personalized AI-generated content based on intelligent triggers. - Ensure high-value information gets in the right hands in a timely manner. - Work with enterprise teams across ISG, DA&CS, Customer Success, marketing, and in every production system to enable messages that create confidence and alerts that drive action. Qualifications - 6 years of experience in digital/software product development. - 3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager working with engineering teams, designers, and customers to discover and craft highly usable experiences. - A track record building and delivering strategy that drives digital products from concept to market. - Demonstrated value resulting from managing and leading collaboratively across-products and across-functions. - Expert-level communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a team and stakeholders. - Pending business needs, travel up to 50%.
