• Design end-to-end payment experiences across web interfaces and conversational AI agents, ensuring consistency and clarity across interaction modes • Translate complex payment workflows (e.g., ACH, debit, failed payments) into intuitive user experiences that handle edge cases and error states effectively • Define and evolve interaction patterns for conversational interfaces, including dialogue flows, fallback behaviors, and multi-step task completion • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape product direction, scope solutions, and deliver high-impact user outcomes • Use data and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, user behavior insights) to iterate on designs and improve key metrics such as payment success and engagement • Contribute to and extend design systems by establishing reusable patterns for AI-native and conversational experiences

• Design end-to-end user experiences across borrower-facing flows • Translate product requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on scope, constraints, and implementation details • Deliver production-ready designs and ensure design intent is preserved through development handoff • Incorporate user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input to iterate on designs • Partner with adjacent teams (e.g., Growth) to ensure seamless experiences across the borrower journey

• Be the primary owner of Twind's Design System, its maintenance, evolution and documentation (Figma + Storybook + tokens). • Ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms and languages (the product runs in 10+ languages). • Work closely with Engineering to guarantee correct component implementation. • Define and maintain design tokens as the single source of truth for the system. • Design flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for new product features. • Work within a product squad in agile cycles, contributing from discovery through to delivery. • Iterate on designs based on data and real user feedback. • Plan and run research sessions (interviews, usability tests, heuristic evaluations). • Translate insights into actionable design decisions for the team. • Bridge the gap between design and development: clear handoffs, precise specs and support during implementation. • Actively participate in squad refinements and planning sessions.
