Administrative Analyst – Junior

• Release contracts for the start of shipment, verifying price information and GMO status • Manage accounts payable contracts in close coordination with the commercial team, ensuring the ability to confirm actual cash outflow within the following 72 hours • Schedule payments and advances (to clients or assignees) via the w-sys system for contracts involving grain deliveries and/or financing agreements, always verifying that all required internal documentation and applicable taxes are in order • Adjust hedging/fixing positions, aligning parameters of the components CBOT, costs, premium and exchange rate (FX) according to the negotiated terms • Daily analysis of contract positions, monitoring new purchases, receivables, and payables to be hedged/fixed to ensure positions align with executed transactions • Analyze and request complementary and return invoices using the w-sys system, reporting weekly the number of invoices received and pending via an Excel dashboard • Perform account netting between payments and invoices (NF) • Analyze and perform amortization for clients with financing contracts, comparing deliveries and hedges against advances paid and applicable interest charges • Review pledge certificates (certidão de penhor) • Data analysis and KPI monitoring • Monitor Monsanto account settlements/clearances • Schedule payments to fertilizer suppliers and barter input suppliers

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, IT or related fields
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables and preferably automation)
  • Experience or knowledge in grain payment processing is desirable
  • Intermediate English is desirable
  • Experience in the agribusiness sector
