Role Description This is a remote position. Seeking an IT Project Manager to provide support for DSS program areas working on technology implementations as well as: - Lead a team of business and data analysts to oversee the design, development, and implementation of various information system transformation projects. - Assist with defining the strategic direction of enterprise level IT implementations. - Define business and technological requirements, consult with product owners, subject matter experts, and scrum teams to define business needs and objectives. - Provide project management of highly complex large scale enterprise IT projects and smaller scale projects. - Lead and coordinate efforts of development team and vendors to ensure solutions are implemented successfully. - Support business and operations staff with analysis and testing activities for information system changes. - Prepare project status reports and documentation as needed to facilitate executive decision making and communicate project progress and risks. - Ensure project governance and monitoring controls are in place and followed. - Responsible to ensure project design, development, and implementation are on time and budget. - Mentor state personnel in project management and train state resources to take over this function. Qualifications - Required 5-8 years of successful experience managing information technology solutions. - PMP Certification or equivalent working experience. - Knowledge of various software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, etc). - Experience in successfully applying project management and project governance principles. • Responsible for delivering the cloud time-capture solution (time tracking/time recording) to member firms in accordance with global IT processes and governance, ensuring project and operational targets are met. • Works in partnership with Business Programme Leaders to manage the solution lifecycle, leading implementation teams in collaboration with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, technical/development teams and service operations. • Acts as the primary point of contact with the client during day-to-day implementations, conducting workshops and ad hoc meetings to gather requirements and discuss solutions.
