Senior Pricing Analyst
DISA Global Solutions, Inc.
• Serve as the primary pricing contract for all strategic deals, RFPs, renewals, and non-standard pricing requests across DISA’s platforms. • Work closely with the sales team to develop and approve pricing strategies for new deals, ensuring they align with company policies and objectives. • Generate and review quotes to ensure accuracy and profitability. • Lead cross-functional deal reviews with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure pricing aligns with profitability and compliance thresholds. • Support customer-facing negotiations through pricing insights and structured rationale. • Establish deal desk playbooks, approval workflows, and escalation paths to standardize pricing governance. • Provide support to the sales team by answering pricing and deal-related inquiries, offering guidance on deal structuring, and assisting with the preparation of sales proposals. • Own pricing workflows within Salesforce CRM; configure approval logic, track deal performance, and maintain pricing-related fields. • Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure pricing logic is aligned across quoting tools and proposal templates. • Conduct deep-dive pricing and margin analysis using internal and external data to inform strategy. • Leverage competitive intelligence to benchmark rates and identify margin opportunities. • Maintain and evolve a centralized database of historical pricing, client segmentation, and elasticity patterns. • Define and enforce pricing guardrails, discount thresholds, and approval matrices across all product lines. • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all pricing agreements meet regulatory and contractual requirements. • Identify opportunities for policy simplification, automation, and improved adherence to pricing standards. • Design and iterate pricing models across subscription, usage-based, and pass-through fee structures. • Recommend improvements to existing pricing levers, discounts, and contract structures based on ROI and customer behavior. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in pricing, finance, or revenue operations, including at least 2 years in a deal desk or strategic pricing role.
- Strong understanding of B2B pricing models, SaaS or subscription economics, and value-based pricing.
- Salesforce CRM experience required; CPQ, NetSuite, or pricing automation tools (e.g., PROS, Vendavo) a strong plus.
- High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL for pricing and margin analysis.
- Business acumen and negotiation sensitivity and comfortable balancing pricing guardrails with sales enablement.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and results-oriented environment.
- Experience supporting pricing in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, transportation, government contracts) is a bonus.
