Job Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as product management, project management, technical program management, customer success roles, or related positions, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing objectives.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a well-balanced product team.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a keen interest in collaborative, paired-consulting environments.
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading productive discussions and workshops.
  • A deep passion for continuous skill development and a desire to tackle intriguing challenges and complex problems.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance for US Government work.
