Role Description We are seeking an accomplished Territory Manager – Athletic Surfacing to lead sales growth across a large, multi‑state region. This high‑impact role is responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of athletic and sports surfacing solutions through multiple sales and distribution channels. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and relationship building to project completion—while serving as a trusted partner to customers and consistently delivering revenue results. This is an autonomous, relationship‑driven opportunity well‑suited for a motivated sales professional with experience in building materials, flooring, or sports surfacing who thrives in a field‑based environment and enjoys building territory momentum. This role requires up to 50% travel, primarily within the assigned territory. Territory Coverage: CO, UT, AZ, NM, WY, Southern NV Preferred Location: Greater Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT Key Responsibilities - Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals through proactive prospecting, selling, and closing of new and existing accounts - Manage inside and outside sales efforts targeting architects, contractors, subcontractors, and dealers/resellers - Build, maintain, and expand long‑term relationships with customers and distribution partners - Identify new opportunities and grow market share across the territory - Conduct regular customer calls and onsite visits throughout the territory - Serve as a primary point of contact for customer needs, partnering closely with Customer Service - Represent the company at regional and national trade shows, including lead generation and follow‑up - Provide market insights related to trends, competitive landscape, and product performance - Manage prospects, projects, and accounts within Salesforce CRM - Report on sales activity, pipeline health, pricing strategies, and customer feedback - Support product launches, pricing initiatives, sales strategy development, and new product introductions Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent industry experience - 4+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in athletic surfacing, flooring, or building materials - Background in indoor athletic or sports surfacing strongly preferred - Experience selling through architect, contractor, and reseller channels - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels - Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, primarily within the assigned territory and occasionally for national trade shows Benefits - Competitive medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance coverage - 401k with a company match - PTO Hours are accrued from Day 1 - Tuition reimbursement - Opportunities for development and internal promotions - Two minute walk to eco-friendly public transportation from rabbittransit

What You’ll Be Doing You will lead the Programme Management Office (PMO), supporting projects to achieve programme benefits and outcomes and championing the use of best practice project management standards and processes.
