Qualifications - Experience in customer service (sales background is a bonus). - Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. - Valid ID and authorization to work in the U.S. - Access to a laptop or iPad and high-speed internet. - Quiet and distraction-free workspace.
