Job Description: Role: Business Analyst – Cash Management & Intraday Liquidity Location: ADA Treasury Team, Reporting to: ADA Treasury Product Owner / Treasury Lead Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the ADA Treasury team, specialising in cash management and intraday liquidity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing, designing, and implementing solutions that enhance our treasury operations, with a particular emphasis on optimising cash flows and managing intraday liquidity risk. This is a highly collaborative role, requiring close partnership with technology, operations, excellent communication skills and business stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements related to cash management and intraday liquidity processes. - Map and optimise end-to-end cash flow processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. - Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Support the design, testing, and implementation of treasury systems and tools, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal policy requirements. - Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes, with a focus on risk mitigation and operational resilience. - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Technology. - Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials. - Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments in cash management and liquidity, providing insights and recommendations to the team. - Support the delivery of project milestones, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Essential Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a banking or financial services environment, ideally within Treasury or Cash Management functions. - Strong understanding of cash management products, swift messaging, services, and processes, including payments, collections, and reconciliation. - In-depth knowledge of intraday liquidity management, including regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 248) and best practices. - Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data sets and processes, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on actionable insights. - Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., process mapping, requirements gathering, user stories, use cases). - Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to delivery. - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with SQL, data visualisation tools, or treasury platforms is advantageous. Desirable: - Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., CMS, Front of MSS platforms) or payment platforms. - Professional qualifications (e.g., IIBA, BCS, ACT, CFA) are a plus. - Experience data ingestions and big data reconciliation

Role Description The SAP IBP Business Process Owner serves as the primary business superuser and functional expert responsible for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across the enterprise. This role ensures SAP IBP effectively supports end-to-end supply chain planning processes including demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP planning. The position partners closely with IT and cross-functional supply chain teams to translate business requirements into system capabilities, drive process standardization, and improve planning performance and adoption. Key Responsibilities - SAP IBP Ownership & Functional Leadership - Serve as business superuser and functional lead for SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Control Tower, Scenario Planning). - Translate business needs into functional requirements, system design inputs, testing scenarios, and enhancement requests. - Ensure SAP IBP configuration, master data, planning views, key figures, and dashboards align with business requirements. - Act as first escalation point for SAP IBP planning and system issues. - Planning Process Management - Support and improve integrated planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and S&OP. - Drive standardization of planning processes across regions, products, and supply chain sites. - Define planning governance, calendars, review cycles, and exception management processes. - Partner cross-functionally to improve visibility, alignment, and decision-making. - System Enhancements & Continuous Improvement - Maintain SAP IBP enhancement pipeline based on business value and user feedback. - Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and user story development. - Partner with IT and SAP teams on system enhancements, integrations, and roadmap initiatives. - Improve forecasting accuracy, service levels, inventory optimization, and planning efficiency. - Testing, Training & Adoption - Lead UAT for SAP IBP releases, enhancements, and system changes. - Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guides. - Train planners and cross-functional users on SAP IBP functionality and planning best practices. - Establish and support a superuser network to drive adoption and issue resolution. - Data, Reporting & Governance - Ensure accuracy and integrity of SAP IBP master data and planning inputs. - Monitor and resolve data quality issues impacting forecasts, supply plans, and reporting. - Support development of dashboards, KPIs, alerts, and planning analytics. - Define governance standards for data, planning assumptions, and system changes.
