Technical Business Analyst

• Participate in technical and operational discussions with vendors, and act as an SME for internal teams • Assess vendor integration feasibility and complexity level • Elicit and document business needs and requirements from identified stakeholders, in the context of new vendor integrations and current vendor integrations improvements • Assist the product managers in defining the reselling model • Perform partner interviews and participate in escalation calls • Propose modifications to our platform needed to streamline vendor integrations or improve overall product acquisition experience • Participate in the prioritization of required integrations and modifications • Define success criteria and participate in acceptance testing • Work closely with development teams and other operational delivery teams during the integration phase
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, IT or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in product ownership, functional analysis, business analysis, or product management
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- Experience within SaaS vendor or reseller ecosystem is considered an asset
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Postman, Rest API’s, Python, and/or Power Automate is considered an asset
- Ability to have conversations with clients and work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to look at the big picture
- Thirst for learning and definite interest in the field of high technology
- Demonstrated leadership and exercise a positive influence on work teams with which you collaborate
- Results-oriented with the capability of proposing realistic but ambitious business strategies

Role Description The IT Professional - Business Systems Analysis leads the identification, evaluation, and documentation of technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
