Renewals Lead

Role Description As a Renewals Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort renewing a book of services business for an assigned area-level sales territory. You will have responsibility for managing, growing, and facilitating timely execution of the renewals business, for an assigned group of renewals, in alignment with the overall Renewals team strategy. Your Impact: - Facilitate and support adoption of renewals strategies within assigned area - Develop and maintain a close and effective working relationship with field sales - Engage directly with clients to lead the renewals process and facilitate timely completion - Lead renewal program adoption within assigned area - Work closely with Sales to align priorities and lead full team collaboration - Achieve or exceed your monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals - Learn ePlus products and services, with emphasis on the various types of support options and services available by manufacturer - Execute various campaigns defined each quarter in conjunction with vendor focus & promotions - Update required sales funnel and customer data bases in a timely manner - Master all internal sales processes, systems and procedures Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of inside sales / renewals / account management experience - Understanding of all renewals offerings, tools and sales programs - Ability to communicate effectively with high-level decision makers and field sales members - Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills for building long-lasting relationships - Ability to develop a territory/business plan - Ability to work independently and quickly learn the fundamentals of account management - Ability to quickly learn technology tools and maintenance support solutions by vendor and communicate the benefits to clients over the telephone - Strong computer skills Requirements - The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $21.63 and $31.25 hourly. - The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. - In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses. - If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time.
