ION
• Editing and finishing videos for multiple purposes: Brand and campaign videos (short and long form), Social media formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, TikTok, YouTube), Tech Talks and educational content, Paid ads and performance content, Product videos and animations • Executing and evolving each brand’s individual video design language • Enhancing videos with motion graphics, typography, simple animations, and visual effects • Color correction / basic color grading and sound editing • Preparing and exporting videos optimized for different platforms and formats • Keeping up with social media and video trends to create relevant, high-performing content • Shooting video content for in-house productions, e.g. in the B&M studio • Occasionally participating in photo and video shoots, including on-location productions • Supporting productions with a strong understanding of post-production requirements during filming • Ensuring structured post-production workflows, clean file management, versioning, and efficient collaboration with internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Digital native with strong awareness of current video trends, formats, and platforms
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing / post production
- Very good command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially: Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Confident handling of different codecs, resolutions, and delivery requirements
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Reliable, self-organized, and able to work independently as a freelancer
