Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect/Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our complex network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network technologies and be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including Extreme Switches, F5 Load Balancers, Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points, and Palo Alto/Checkpoint firewalls. - Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams, documentation, and standards. - Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal network performance and availability. - Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network infrastructure with enterprise applications and systems. - Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and industry best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Extensive experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. - In-depth knowledge of Extreme Switches, F5 Load Balancers, Wireless LAN Controllers, and Access Points. - Strong understanding of network security concepts and experience with Palo Alto/Checkpoint firewalls. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Certifications in relevant network technologies (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP) preferred. Requirements - Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.). - Knowledge of cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Understanding of network virtualization technologies (SD-WAN, SDN). - Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools. • Serve as the technical authority across the migration program, ensuring alignment with design standards and best practices • Lead and participate in bridge calls during migration events, providing real-time guidance and issue resolution • Oversee architecture and integration of: Aruba Central (switching, wireless, UXI, orchestration) Cisco SD-WAN (vManage, ISR 8200 series) • Support migration strategy and execution planning for high-volume site deployments • Provide technical leadership across day and night shift operations • Assist in managing 33+ site cutovers per week, scaling to large rollout phases (100s–1000s of sites) • Act as escalation point for complex network, routing, and deployment issues • Guide engineers and regional leads during Network turn-ups • Migration activities • Decommissioning processes • Address challenges related to limited discovery and low-voltage dependencies • Collaborate with client stakeholders and partners to ensure successful program delivery

• Execute site-level network deployments and migrations across multiple locations • Perform: Network turn-ups (routing, switching, WAN connectivity) • Equipment installation and validation • Decommissioning of legacy infrastructure • Support migration activities across: Aruba-managed environments (switches, APs, orchestration) • Cisco SD-WAN (ISR 8200, vManage) • Participate in scheduled cutovers (day or night shifts) • Support high-volume rollout targets (e.g., 30+ sites per week) • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Connectivity, Configuration mismatches, Low-voltage/cabling challenges • Follow standardized deployment processes and escalate issues as needed • Collaborate with regional leads and architects during cutover events • Provide accurate updates and documentation for each site deployment
