Immersive Labs
• Internal Product Dashboards: You will be responsible for building and maintaining internal product analysis dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across the business. • Bridging Product & Engineering: Be working with the Data Engineering team to ensure our business logic is accurate and that in-platform reporting truly meets our internal and customer needs. • Metric Design: You’ll support with metric calculations and contribute to the design and discovery of new reporting features. • The Tech Stack: You'll get hands-on experience with our core tools: Snowflake (warehousing), Looker & Count (visualization).
Job Requirements
- A strategic, inquisitive and innovative mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs, interpret requirements and deliver consistently high-quality output
- Commercial awareness and able to spot opportunities to use data and build appropriate data models
- Polished communication & presentation skills with the ability to tell stories through the data
- Effective delivery skills with the ability to work well under pressure in an Agile environment
- In-depth SQL knowledge - You should know your left from your right joins
- Experience with Data Visualization, Analysis, and Warehousing tools (we use Looker/ Count / Snowflake - you don’t need to know these specific ones)
- Knowledge of some statistical techniques
- Interest in Learning Analytics approaches

Role Description Technical Services Analysts facilitate the migration of data from legacy systems into a client’s site during the implementation phase by working in close coordination with the client, implementation team, and database team.
