• Develop and update dashboards in Looker Studio and other data visualization tools. • Conduct analyses of new initiatives to assess feasibility and business impact. • Ensure data availability and quality for decision-making in strategic areas such as Sales, Customer Success, and Growth. • Calculate, track, and present KPI projections and results. • Support different teams with analyses that generate insights and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in data analysis and dashboard development.
  • Spanish at B2 level or higher.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving.
  • Comfortable working in a team and collaborating across business areas.
  • Strong communication skills to present results, insights, and recommendations clearly.

Role Description Technical Services Analysts facilitate the migration of data from legacy systems into a client’s site during the implementation phase by working in close coordination with the client, implementation team, and database team.
