• Support continuous improvement projects for fraud prevention and detection processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation; • Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to implement improvements that increase partner/courier satisfaction and retention; • Support the design of experiments (A/B tests) and analyze results to validate improvement hypotheses; • Analyze fraud data and journey performance indicators to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in current processes; • Collaborate on the implementation of innovative solutions to reduce fraud, using agile methodologies and data analysis tools; • Actively participate in multidisciplinary projects, working closely with operations, technology, and business teams; • Contribute to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and fraud prevention across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields;
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, agile methodologies);
- Proficiency in SQL or PySpark for data analysis;
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics analysis;
- Good interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team;
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude;
- Prior experience (internship or trainee) in continuous improvement, quality, or process analysis;
- Basic knowledge of fraud prevention and detection processes;
- Experience with process analysis tools (process mapping).
