• Build and maintain features end-to-end — from backend services in Go powering agentic workflows and tool integrations, to polished frontend experiences that bring AI capabilities to users • Implement APIs and service interfaces that connect AI capabilities to our core product reliably and at scale • Ship complex, multi-step workflow orchestration with strong reliability and observability • Build frontend features that leverage AI to enhance and simplify equity workflows for users • Drive performance improvements across the stack — caching, database optimization, and responsive UI • Mentor junior engineers on best practices and system design

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience building production systems
  • Strong proficiency in Go and TypeScript/React, or equivalent backend and frontend experience — ideally balanced across the stack
  • Experience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities into production applications
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks and tool orchestration patterns
  • Solid API design skills and experience with service-to-service communication
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and system observability in production
  • Clear communicator who can turn product requirements into well-scoped technical plans.

About the role: As the Director of Deployed Operations at Applied Intuition, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing operational activities at deployed sites in support of live test, mission execution, sustainment, or field operations. This role ensures deployed teams, assets, and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives, and may serve as the primary on-site operations lead. This position requires strong operational leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to execute in fast-paced, high-consequence environments. Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits.
