Senior Conversion Analyst
CorServ
• Coordinate and execute system conversion activities with precision, ensuring data integrity and alignment with project timelines • Analyze and map data between source systems and target platforms, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance testing throughout all conversion phases (pre-conversion, conversion, post-conversion) • Troubleshoot and resolve conversion-related issues; escalate complex problems when appropriate • Document conversion processes, mappings, reconciliation results, and testing outcomes for compliance and future reference • Provide post-conversion support to internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth operational transition • Collaborate with partners to define conversion requirements, establish milestones, monitor progress, and validate results • Manage configurations within the Fiserv Optis Platform, Decision Quest (DQ) logic, and Rewards structures • Maintain a deep understanding of system functionality, data structures, and integration points across the Fiserv ecosystem • Manage inserts and messaging by building and testing requirements through Fiserv PCF, PCS, and DQ • Own the setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance of settings within PCF • Own the setup and ongoing maintenance of decision logic criteria within DQ • Manage the setup and testing of Rewards structures using Fiserv DMM tables and Rule logic • Identify opportunities to streamline conversion processes, optimize workflows, enhance automation, and improve integration efficiency • Ensure all work adheres to company policies, regulatory standards, and financial industry best practices • Lead Fiserv-related projects by coordinating testing, validation, and implementation with internal stakeholders • Support configuration updates, integration enhancements, and cross-functional operational initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in system conversions, data analysis, or financial system integration
- 2+ years of hands-on Fiserv platform experience (credit card or small business segment preferred)
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve moderate system issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to work in the CorServ's footprint (AL, FL, GA, IA, KY, NE, NC, TN, TX, WI, WY)
