• Primary responsibilities include medical and safety oversight of clinical trials • Provides services to clinical trials with the aim to monitor the safety and wellbeing of study participants • Ensure integrity of the project data in accordance with clinical trial protocols, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements • Perform in-depth medical assessment of key study information through review of the protocol, Investigator Brochure, Informed Consent Form, and appropriate literature • Provide medical input for protocol design, as appropriate • Participate in Site Initiation Visits and/or Investigator Meetings • Provide 24/7 medical consultancy support to investigators and study team • Prepare and/or review the Medical Monitoring Plan, as well as the Safety Management Plan and related study documents • Support the clinical team for subject selection regarding interpretation and application of the protocol inclusion and exclusion criteria • Follow study status via email, phone calls, and participation in team meetings • Participate in safety review meetings per protocol • Perform review of Serious Adverse Events (SAE) reported by sites to assess medical contents and case completeness • Collaborate with site staff, Lotus team members and sponsor staff to finalize each event • Develop and/or SAE narratives and MedWatch reports • Review protocol deviations and classify according to agreed criteria • Provide support for the clinical team regarding early discontinuation of treatment and end of study assessments • Provide review of adverse events, concomitant medications and medical history to assess overall risks to subject safety • Provide Medical review of other study data such as laboratory results, ECGs, etc. per the scope of work • Provide review and comment on the Clinical Study Report regarding overall study conduct and safety data

• Own CRO strategy and execution across paid traffic funnels in a DTC environment • Identify the highest-leverage bottlenecks from ad click through purchase • Build and iterate prelanders, advertorials, PDPs, offer pages, cart flows, and checkout experiences • Run meaningful pricing, offer, bundle, discount, gift, subscription, and upsell tests • Isolate root cause before acting by separating traffic issues from page issues, offer issues, checkout issues, and tracking issues • Design safe, high-signal tests with clear hypotheses, decision rules, and kill criteria • QA production changes before they go live at scale • Work closely with founders, marketers, designers, developers, and operators to turn ideas into measurable wins • Build systems for experimentation, documentation, QA, naming conventions, result tracking, and postmortems • Use data, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer behavior patterns to produce clear, decision-ready recommendations

• Owning and optimizing Fieldwire’s website experience, improving messaging, navigation, and conversion across high-traffic pages including the homepage, demo request flows, and key product pages. • Analyzing and improving visitor-to-signup and visitor-to-demo conversion rates by identifying friction points and implementing data-driven improvements to forms, CTAs, and user journeys. • Building and scaling lifecycle marketing programs (lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and activation) with a focus on turning engaged leads into pipeline. • Designing and running an experimentation framework across website and lifecycle channels, owning the test roadmap and translating results into actionable iteration. • Partnering with Content manager to ensure high-value content is effectively distributed and activated across email and owned channels. • Supporting digital improvements for CrewCenter, Fieldwire's sister brand, contributing to website and funnel strategy as scope allows. • Contributing to international growth efforts by helping adapt and scale website and lifecycle strategies across our key non-English speaking markets. • Providing regular reporting on website, funnel, and lifecycle performance, surfacing insights and recommendations to the broader team. • Working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Revops, and Design to ensure alignment across messaging, funnel performance, and campaign execution.
