Area Supervisor

Trash Butler

Role Description As the Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the District Operations Manager in managing operations for up to 30 multifamily (apartment) communities within an assigned district. You will work alongside our frontline employees, splitting your time between recruiting, staffing, training, and oversight of the remote workforce who service our communities. Your primary function of this role will be to ensure that day and nightly trash pick-up is completed per schedule to 100% satisfaction of our clients! As we grow and bring on new communities, the Area Supervisor will also assist with the field team to ensure a successful rollout and service launch. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring satisfactory completion of doorstep trash/recycling collection on all scheduled services in assigned area. - Responsible for completing doorstep trash/recycling collection services as needed in your area. - Conduct on-site quality reviews of team and communities to ensure service is executed according to Trash Butler standards of service and safety policies. - Monitor staff check in/out and overall time to completion using our proprietary technology. - Recruit/train/onboard new staff as well as provide continuing education as needed. - Assisting with training new members of management as needed. - Assist manager with semi-monthly payroll by keeping the proprietary technology up to date. - Responsible for attending weekly meetings with manager, HR, etc. - Responsible for partnering with direct manager on the execution of rollout/launch of service on new properties. - Attend resident events at the communities. - Provide on-call support to workforce. - Manage workforce inventory/supplies, including Butler Uniform, Tote Bags, Etc. - Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with direct manager and other business units as required to serve customer and Butler team. - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 who work 5-7 days a week: roughly 2-3 hours per day. - Basic employee relations experience as it relates to hiring and management. - Experience in multi-site operations. - Experience providing customer service. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong planning, time management and organizational skills. - Strong work ethic and quality improvement orientation. - Ability to build trust and rapport; effectively communicate with co-workers, employees, and customers. - Self-motivated and resourceful. - Ability to work independently. - Able to self-manage with some supervision. - Collaborative/team player. - Embody our core values: Building Leaders; Always Branding; Create a Fun, Safe, and Winning Team; Listen, Fulfill & Delight. A bit about this role: The Utilization Management Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Clinical Operations by managing the intake, prior authorization, and clinical coordination workflows. The coordinator will be an important part of building strong relationships with health care providers through proactive communication, managing key operational processes to enable efficient, high-quality clinical decisions.
