Role Description The Sr. Full Stack Engineer develops, enhances, and supports modern software applications while leading cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and deployment operations. • Diseño, la implementación y la evolución de su plataforma de HPC y almacenamiento. • Gestionar a los proveedores externos que prestan servicios mediante contratos de paquete: definir criterios de aceptación, revisar los entregables, velar por el cumplimiento de los SLA y validar la calidad técnica en nombre del cliente. • Implicarse directamente cuando sea necesario: revisar configuraciones, reproducir incidencias, probar los entregables y elaborar pruebas de concepto para cuestionar o respaldar las propuestas de los proveedores. • Crear y mantener la documentación, los manuales de procedimientos y los activos de conocimiento propiedad del cliente, de modo que se garantice la continuidad operativa en caso de sustitución de un proveedor. • Apoyar al cliente en la negociación de contratos de paquetes de software, condiciones de licencia, renovaciones y cambios de alcance con proveedores y distribuidores. • Informar a la dirección del cliente sobre el estado del proyecto. • Actuar como punto de escalación técnica para incidentes que afecten a las cargas de trabajo de HPC, el rendimiento del almacenamiento y las integraciones relacionadas. • Coordinarse con los equipos internos del cliente (redes, seguridad, identidad, nube) y otras partes contratadas para armonizar las decisiones de arquitectura entre los distintos ámbitos.
