Lors de cette formation, dont le contenu a été élaboré par Kinougarde, votre rôle sera de : - Former nos nounous sur les bons réflexes à adopter en lien avec la sécurité, l’hygiène et la santé des enfants - Elargir leurs connaissances sur le développement de l’enfant de 1 à 3 ans - Les évaluer grâce à leur participation active et leur capacité de progression - Répondre aux problématiques qu’elles rencontrent durant leur garde Vous serez vous-même formé et accompagné avant de pouvoir vous lancer en autonomie par notre coordinatrice petite enfance.
