• Independently manage sales targets and commercial planning to sustainably achieve performance objectives within your region • Actively develop the market and customer base with a focus on acquiring new customers as well as long-term maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships • Responsible for the strategic development and successful implementation of the Abbott RDx ID product portfolio in the defined sales territory • Prepare tailored proposals, conduct independent contract negotiations, and successfully close customer agreements • Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor activities, including deriving appropriate sales and market strategies • Conduct product trainings, demonstrations, and on-site implementations for customers in the region • Represent Abbott at national and international congresses, trade fairs, and professional events
