Are you Booster’s Next Program Specialist? As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. • Own project management plans for talent and rewards cycles, including timelines, RAID tracking, and follow-ups to keep workstreams on track • Coordinate across stakeholders and time zones to ensure clear communication and consistent execution of talent processes • Execute operational workflows with a high degree of accuracy, including managing manual processes and data updates across systems • Partner with stakeholders to support communications, including scheduling sends, maintaining distribution lists, and ensuring calendars are up to date • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and apply automation (including AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini) to improve efficiency over time
