Analysis & Insight Generation - Perform statistical analysis (control charts, hypothesis testing, regression) to detect trends, root causes, and early warning signals in supplier quality performance. - Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) that surface key quality KPIs such as DPMO, First Pass Yield, Supplier On Time Delivery and Quality Scorecard Corrective Action Effectiveness. - Translate complex analytical findings into concise narratives, executive briefings, and visual story boards for non technical stakeholders (program managers, sourcing, engineering). Metrics & Reporting - Define, track, and report on the Supplier Quality KPI portfolio. - Provide ad hoc data extracts and analysis for supplier audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement projects. Collaboration & Process Improvement - Partner with Supplier Quality Engineers, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to prioritize analytical requests and align data solutions with business goals. - Lead small scale data project initiatives (e.g., automating NCR trend reporting) and coordinate resources to meet cost and schedule targets. - Coach cross functional teams on data interpretation best practices and promote a data driven culture within the Supplier Quality organization.
