• Gather and refine business and system requirements together with stakeholders • Translate real-world network concepts into system logic, data structures, and features • Prepare clear documentation (requirements, diagrams, API specs) that developers can actually use • Create mockups or simple prototypes to help visualize and validate ideas early • Work closely with developers on implementation details and integrations (WS/REST) • Support testing and help verify whether the system behaves as expected • Analyze incoming issues from the client and decide whether it’s a bug or an improvement • Help keep backlog and tasks organized, especially when extra coordination is needed
Job Requirements
- Experience working as a System or Business Analyst in IT projects
- Ability to understand complex systems and break them down into clear requirements
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
- Confidence in working with documentation (requirements, diagrams, structured specs)
- Ability to work closely with both developers and business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ease in discussing ideas, problems, and solutions
- Experience in managing or refining backlog and writing user stories/tasks
- Telecom (especially OSS) experience is welcome, but not required if you can quickly get up to speed in a new domain
