• Define travel and expense services requirements and performance metrics through awareness of relevant Federal policies, T&E Federal Integrated Business Framework standards, research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable T&E commercial and Federal services. • Develop and maintain T&E business modeling, process modeling, and T&E service configuration design documents for the client initiative. • Conduct assessment of current and future state needs and related gap analyses; provides corrective action, as applicable. • Participate in evaluation requirements and test scenarios. • Develop related communications material to garner leadership and stakeholder alignment and endorsement. • Provide advice and guidance to federal counterparts on industry best practices. • Provide meeting management support as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with defining T&E services requirements and performance metrics through awareness of relevant Federal policies, research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable T&E commercial and Federal services.
  • Knowledge of travel and expense software solutions such as SAP Concur or similar.
  • FTR/JTR Subject Matter Expert.
  • TMC (Travel Management Company) background and understands PNR elements.
  • Strong Agile Project Management skills, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, iterative analysis, and delivery against milestones.
  • Performs analysis of business and user needs and assesses performance to defined requirements and performance metrics.
  • Conducts assessment of current and future state needs and related gap analyses; providing corrective action and creates deliverables independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • 4+ years of experience with documenting system documentation and requirements/traceability using a holistic requirements management tool, such as Jira.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Digital Business Analyst, project management or similar role.
  • Proven computer skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft suite (Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio).
  • Strong analysis and documentation skills for creating End-to-End business scenarios for the development of test cases and execution.
  • Strong analytical and industry relevant product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of interpreting customer business needs into operational requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of web applications, client server applications, legacy applications, and database concepts.
  • Applies business modeling, process modeling, and customer experience design techniques.
  • Knowledge and the ability to identify the interdependencies of key business processes, functions, and risks.
