Finance & Retail Manager
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
• Prepare and deliver annual budgets including income, expense, outgoings, capital expenditure and non-recoverable expenses • Conduct quarterly reforecasting, cashflow analysis and review monthly Income & Expenditure reports • Maintain detailed financial systems and documentation to ensure compliance with auditing and regulatory requirements • Manage tenant lease setups, modifications and ensure all billings and lease details are accurate and timely • Prepare annual tenant outgoings washups and support Centre Managers with turnover rent calculations • Oversee debtors management including tenant arrears reporting and ledger reconciliation • Manage accounts payable items including supplier communication and reconciliation • Respond to ad hoc client queries and prepare custom reports as required by Centre Managers and Landlords
Job Requirements
- 5 years post-graduate experience with formal finance qualification (CA, CPA) completed or near completion
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and programs (MRI preferred)
- Retail property accounting experience highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, with proven experience in budget preparation and forecasting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities with proven track record of meeting month-end deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Positive, approachable team player who demonstrates independence and consistently exceeds client expectations
