SAP Ariba Consultant – Guided Sourcing, Icertis Experience
SYNCREON
• Functional Delivery Lead and support SAP Ariba Sourcing implementations, including event creation, RFx, auctions, scoring, and award scenarios • Configure Ariba Contracts including clause libraries, templates, approval workflows, and contract authoring processes • Conduct requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders • Translate sourcing and contracting business processes into standard Ariba capabilities, minimizing customizations • Support integration touchpoints with SAP S/4HANA or ECC (where applicable), in collaboration with technical teams • Assist with data migration, master data validation, and sourcing template standardization • Develop and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios aligned to sourcing and contracting processes • Support cutover, hypercare, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities • Troubleshoot functional issues and drive resolution with SAP and internal teams
Job Requirements
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing
- Experience with Ariba Contracts (authoring, approvals, clause management)
- Solid understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes and CIG integration
- Experience conducting business workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba architecture and cloud deployment model
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ECC procurement integration (preferred)
- Understanding of sourcing analytics, scoring models, and award optimization.

Role Description The Procurement Specialist (High Voltage) will serve as the lead technical representative for the Procurement organization for high voltage (HV) equipment utilized in substations and power transmission lines. This position will work with the Procurement and Project Managers to maintain policies and procedures related to purchasing and expediting.
