• Responsible for the timely review and processing of client and vendor contracts • Conduct reviews of client and vendor contracts in accordance with company guidelines • Ensure information relating to contracts is accurately entered into, and maintained in, Salesforce and DocuSign CLM • Assist with the timely progression of contract reviews • Facilitate the execution of client and vendor contracts • Participate in contract development meetings • Facilitate the overall contracting process, communicates turnaround times and effectively enforces them • Responsible for advocating, and ensuring adherence to, the contract process • Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and procedures

- Previous experience in a junior contract associate position preferred, interacting with internal stakeholders and managing multiple deliverables at any one time

Role Description The Procurement Specialist (High Voltage) will serve as the lead technical representative for the Procurement organization for high voltage (HV) equipment utilized in substations and power transmission lines.
