Responsibilities - Delivery & Execution Leadership - Lead day-to-day engineering execution across integration and application initiatives - Break down strategic initiatives into actionable technical plans - Manage sprint scope, risk, and technical blockers - Ensure consistent velocity and predictable release cycles - Architectural Oversight - Review solution designs for scalability, performance, and maintainability - Ensure alignment to platform standards (security, observability, DevOps) - Contribute to system design discussions and long-term platform direction - Drive best practices for API design, data modeling, and cloud-native patterns - Integration & Platform Governance - Oversee third-party integrations and internal service contracts - Enforce consistency across REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and batch pipelines - Ensure integration meets SLA, reliability, and monitoring standards - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services on technical feasibility - Translate business requirements into clear engineering plans - Communicate delivery status and risks to leadership - Team Development - Mentor integration and application engineers - Conduct technical reviews and promote code quality standards - Support hiring and onboarding efforts Required Qualifications - 6-10+ years software engineering experience - Strong background in: - .NET / C# - RESTful API design - Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) - SQL / data architecture - CI/CD pipelines - Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple engineers - Strong system design and architecture fundamentals - Experience with integration-heavy environments (external APIs, event workflows, data pipelines) Preferred Qualifications - Experience with distributed systems or event-driven architectures - Familiarity with analytics pipelines or data platforms - Exposure to AI/ML integration patterns - Working knowledge of concepts and technical solutions related to Arity Lead Marketplace and Arity LeadCloud Services At Arity, great things happen when our people work together.
