• Lead product delivery across client engagements, from discovery through release • Facilitate discovery workshops to define goals, requirements, and success metrics • Translate business needs into roadmaps, user stories, and actionable backlogs • Prioritize work and make tradeoff decisions based on value, risk, and timelines • Serve as a client-facing product lead, providing updates and recommendations • Manage and refine backlogs in Jira with clear, development-ready requirements • Facilitate agile ceremonies and support predictable, high-quality delivery • Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure strong outcomes • Identify risks early and drive resolution • Support pre-sales and early-stage discovery as needed
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product ownership, technical product management, or delivery
- Proven track record leading software projects from discovery through launch
- Strong ability to ramp quickly and operate independently in new environments
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to bring structure and clarity to complex work
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Jira and modern product/delivery tools
- Solid understanding of software development and technical tradeoffs.
