Role Description The Registered Nurse, Directing (DRN) role manages pediatric, palliative and/or acute medically complex clients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) by directing Personal Support Workers (PSWs), also known as Health Care Technicians (HCT).
