Role Description We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to take real ownership of Twind's Design System and become a quality design reference within our product squad. We're not looking for someone to execute tickets. We're looking for someone who leads with conviction, connects design with business and engineering, and raises the bar for the product in a sustainable way. Responsibilities - Design System - Be the primary owner of Twind's Design System, its maintenance, evolution and documentation (Figma + Storybook + tokens). - Ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms and languages (the product runs in 10+ languages). - Work closely with Engineering to guarantee correct component implementation. - Define and maintain design tokens as the single source of truth for the system. - Product Design (UX/UI) - Design flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for new product features. - Work within a product squad in agile cycles, contributing from discovery through to delivery. - Iterate on designs based on data and real user feedback. - User Research - Plan and run research sessions (interviews, usability tests, heuristic evaluations). - Translate insights into actionable design decisions for the team. - Engineering Collaboration - Bridge the gap between design and development: clear handoffs, precise specs and support during implementation. - Actively participate in squad refinements and planning sessions. Qualifications - 5–8 years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years of ownership over a Design System in production. - Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, variables, components, advanced prototyping). - Hands-on experience with Storybook and design tokens. - Ability to document and communicate design decisions clearly. - Product mindset: you understand the business, the user and the technology. - Full professional proficiency in English, this is the team's working language. Requirements - Experience in B2B SaaS products with multiple user profiles. - Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). - Experience with documentation tools such as Notion or Zeroheight. - Familiarity with agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). • Design end-to-end consumer experiences across web stores, player portals, loyalty systems, and engagement features • Translate player psychology, behavioural data, and business goals into intuitive, high-converting design solutions • Apply and evolve gamification mechanics — progression systems, rewards, streaks, social proof — to drive retention and engagement • Contribute to and evolve design principles, patterns, and system-level consistency across consumer-facing products

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 2 UI/UX designers, reviewing their work to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with product goals. • Own the UX/UI design process for user-facing features, working closely with Product Managers through implementation and iteration. • Drive design excellence as we evolve our interface to accommodate growing feature sets and optimize experiences across all screen sizes and devices. • Collaborate closely with the VP of Product and Product Managers to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions. • Develop and maintain design systems that support consistency, accessibility (including WCAG compliance), and scalability across the platform. • Design for complex, data-heavy workflows while balancing speed, accuracy, and user confidence considerations. • Create handoff-ready designs with clear documentation of states, edge cases, and interactive behaviors. • Champion user-centered design practices across the organization and advocate for design excellence. • Support product-led growth initiatives by designing self-serve, freemium experiences that drive user engagement and conversion. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of designs. • Design AI-assisted features with consideration for system transparency, confidence communication, and handling of bulk actions and large datasets. • Help scale our design capacity and accelerate our release velocity while maintaining our high user satisfaction and retention rates.
