Senior Product Designer – Design System Owner

Factorial

• Be the primary owner of Twind's Design System, its maintenance, evolution and documentation (Figma + Storybook + tokens). • Ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms and languages (the product runs in 10+ languages). • Work closely with Engineering to guarantee correct component implementation. • Design flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for new product features. • Plan and run research sessions (interviews, usability tests, heuristic evaluations). • Bridge the gap between design and development: clear handoffs, precise specs and support during implementation.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years of ownership over a Design System in production.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, variables, components, advanced prototyping).
  • Hands-on experience with Storybook and design tokens.
  • Ability to document and communicate design decisions clearly.
  • Product mindset: you understand the business, the user and the technology.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, this is the team's working language.
