• Build features and components for central AI starter kits: Agent and workflow components, RAG pipelines, data connectors, lightweight UI where needed • Implement strong engineering hygiene: Tests, linting, code review participation, CI/CD contributions • Clear documentation and runbooks for what you build • Help adapt central patterns to BU contexts under supervision • Contribute to show-and-tell demos and case study write-ups • Work spec-first, keep changes small, and prove behaviour with tests and evals.

• Contribute to systems that support integrations, workflows, APIs, and internal tooling across the Nucleus platform • Build out new components for our ReactJS frontend • Work with third party REST APIs to build new ETL integrations • Write and improve automated tests to increase reliability and confidence • Debug issues and learn how to diagnose problems in distributed systems • Collaborate in code reviews and technical discussions with your team

• Join the dynamic development team, focused on enhancing and supporting core payroll and ERP integration solutions. • Engage in team-oriented development projects, contributing ideas for process and code improvements, optimizing for scalability and performance. (Intermediate) • Maintaining existing integrations and applications written in VB.Net • Migrating existing VB.Net Framework apps/sites to C# .Net Core • Gain and apply knowledge on integrating ERP solutions, including systems like Acumatica and Sage Intacct, to enhance product functionality. (Intermediate) • Building new integrations between Enterprise Resource Planning systems and UKG Ready in C#

• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to stay ahead of new features and roadmap updates, translating insights into actionable enablement for the Sales Development team • Set up new features, products and playbooks within the Nooks platform to ensure improved efficiency within the sales teams + build best in class process for our customers • Utilize analytics and data to report on improved efficiencies and impact to increased pipe generation across the GTM function • Provide product feedback and ideas to our product/engineering team on an ongoing basis to help contribute to the vision and value of Nooks for our customers • Partner with sales enablement to put together new playbooks and enablement content on how best to utilize all connecting technology in the GTM org • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, data issues and inconsistencies in process, systems and strategy
