Partner Manager
Illumination Systems Arizona
• Define and execute the APJ partner strategy aligned with global objectives • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners (resellers, SIs, OEMs) • Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and executives • Develop and drive joint business plans with partners • Collaborate on co-selling opportunities and pipeline generation • Enable partners with training, certifications, and sales tools • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets • Track pipeline, forecasts, and partner performance metrics • Drive deal registration and channel engagement programs • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams • Support regional campaigns, events, and partner marketing initiatives • Provide feedback from the field to inform product and strategy • Deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training • Ensure partners are equipped to position and sell MinIO solutions • Support technical enablement in coordination with solutions engineering
Job Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in partner/channel management, preferably in cloud, storage, or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of the APJ market landscape (Korea, India, ASEAN, Japan)
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems (VAR’s, SI’s)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel across the APJ region as needed
