Dann passt du perfekt zu uns. - Du konzipierst und produzierst performancestarke Video- & Motion Creatives für unterschiedliche Brands und Branchen. - Du arbeitest strukturiert auf Basis von Tickets und Briefings und stellst sicher, dass alle Creatives termingerecht, vollständig und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden. - Du lieferst sauber ausgearbeitete, plattformgerechte Creatives, achtest auf Details (Formate, CI) und sorgst für eine konsistente, professionelle Umsetzung über alle Assets hinweg. - Du übernimmst Ownership für den gesamten Creative-Prozess: von der Idee über Storyboarding bis hin zu Editing & Final Output. - Du arbeitest eng mit Strategy, Performance Marketing und ggf. Production zusammen – von klaren Briefings bis hin zu Shootings und eigenständigen Konzeptentwicklungen. - Du setzt Animationen, Schnitte, Effekte und Sound gezielt ein, um starke Hooks und eine hohe Retention zu erzielen. Qualifications - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Creative Design mit Fokus auf Video & Motion Ads – idealerweise im Paid Social Umfeld (Meta, TikTok). - Du denkst nicht nur kreativ, sondern auch strategisch und verstehst, was ein Creative erfolgreich macht. - Idealerweise Agenturerfahrung und gewohnt, mehrere Kunden und Projekte parallel zu managen. - Beherrschung der gängigen Adobe Tools (z. B. Premiere Pro, After Effects) auf einem fortgeschrittenen Level. - Nutzung von AI-Tools sinnvoll in deinem Workflow (z. Looking for the ideal candidate to grow with the team by helping to establish, maintain, and improve standards and tools while contributing to project success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 2-year technical school degree in Computer Aided Design with a focus on BIM (Building Information Modeling) preferred and have a minimum of 5 years of structural design experience, preferably using Tekla. Potential candidates should have a good understanding of design modeling, design document creation, and data exchange using BIM software (Tekla experience preferred but training is available in-house).
