Role Description We’re seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. Responsible for providing initial and on-going IT (Internet Technology) Help Desk support for all Team Members either working at the clinics or from home. - Troubleshoot computer or network issues in a timely manner - Explain computer issues to non-technical team members - Effectively communicate with IT Team Members - Troubleshoot Patient Management System issues - Set up and maintain computer equipment as needed This role requires regular use of approved AI tools to perform assigned tasks more efficiently and effectively. AI is a core part of how work is done in IT at Smile Doctors, and team members are expected to actively adopt and responsibly use AI in their daily work, in alignment with company policies.
