• Guide, motivate and develop the team of engineers; • Make technical decisions and resolve complex problems; • Maintain established standards and practices within the area, guiding the team to translate business logic into high-quality code; • Define and implement new features; • Understand and discuss problems and proposed solutions, always seeking the best technical approach for the challenges encountered; • Communicate relevant technical information to the business and other stakeholders involved in product and solution development (team, other leads, managers, stakeholders); • Review code delivered by the team, providing feedback; • Guide the team in breaking down large deliverables into cohesive, smaller parts; • Monitor implemented solutions in production, evaluating errors, performance and availability; • Keep up with market trends, identify opportunities for innovation and guide the team in adopting solutions that drive the company's growth and competitiveness; • Collaborate on improvements or new standards for the Engineering knowledge base.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web Development;
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and automated testing;
- Proficiency with frameworks, libraries and tools such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, among others;
- Knowledge of Software Architecture, design principles and design patterns;
- Experience designing scalable, modular and high-performance systems;
- Strong conflict management, decision-making, assertive communication and strategic-vision skills;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field;
